What’s the onboarding process like?

After our call, if you’d like to work together, we’ll start the process. You’ll sign a user agreement and be invited to our shared Trello board. Once you make your payment, you can begin requesting tasks. If we’re working on a large project like a website or an app, I’ll likely be laying out all the tasks and sub-tasks. That way we’re both on the same page.

How fast will I get my projects done?

Most requests are turned around in about two business days. Large projects take longer, depending on the complexity. During the course of longer projects, you’ll receive updates, progress, and completed tasks every few days.

Who will I be working with?

FireFlo is a solo creative agency run entirely by me—Nate Slaughter. Every project you request is handled directly and personally with care.

Is there a limit to how many design tasks I can submit?

Nope! You can add as many design tasks as you’d like to your queue. They’ll be tackled one at a time in the order they’re received.

How do you handle big projects?

For larger projects—like full websites or mobile apps—FireFlo breaks the work down into phases and sub-tasks. You’ll receive consistent progress updates every 1–3 days until the project is completed.

Do you offer different pricing than the pricing listed above?

Yes, in some cases, we can look at different pricing options for those who need more scale or need a specific combination of tasks done. The Pricing table is more of a framework of common pricing.

Do you provide website hosting?

I offer high-end hosting with all my new website builds. It’s convenient to manage your website design, development, and hosting in one place. I’m able to manage uptime monitoring, plugin updates, DNS management, and give access to your IT department for full transparency. While subscriptions can be paused, hosting costs cannot, unless you would like to transfer your site to your own hosting provider.

How does pausing the subscription work?

Need to hit pause? Send a pause request 7 days before your next bill date. That will give me plenty of time to respond to your request and make sure you don’t get charged. When you’re ready to start back up, just submit another request and we’ll get back up and running.

What tools do you use?

Most design work is created in Photoshop and Illustrator. New websites are built with Elementor Pro. Most video work is done in After Effects. I can also work with Figma, Webflow, Premier Pro, and many other programs. I do not build new websites with Wix or Squarespace as those are not professional programs, but I can update your current site using those platforms if needed.

What about Elementor or Webflow development?

Webflow and Elementor website builds are included with Premium and treated like any other design task.

How do I send in design requests?

FireFlo is flexible. Submit tasks directly in Trello, or productivity tool of your choice (Monday, Wrike, Teams, etc.), link to Google Docs, upload wireframes, or record a Loom video—whatever works for you, as long as we can communicate and collaborate about questions, feedback, assets needed, approvals, etc.

What if I’m not happy with a design?

No problem at all. We’ll keep refining it until you’re thrilled with the result.

Are there any types of design work you don’t handle?

Yes. FireFlo doesn’t currently support:
3D modeling
3D Animation (I can do 2D)
Medical or legal document design
Complex packaging
Large-scale print projects (e.g., books, magazines)
Adobe InDesign files

What if I only need one project done?

Totally fine. Just pause your subscription once it’s complete and resume later when you have more design needs. No time is wasted.

Do you offer refunds?

I offer a refund during the first 7 days if you’re not satisfied. However, all payments are considered final and non-refundable.

Can I subscribe for just a month?

Absolutely. Whether it’s a short-term need or an ongoing partnership, you’re welcome to use FireFlo on your terms and return anytime.
